Terms & Conditions
By booking a surf week with Morocco Surf Club, you agree to the following terms. We keep things clear so we can focus on the surfing.
1. Eligibility & Safety
Surfing is a physically demanding sport. By booking, you confirm that you are in good health, can swim at least 50 meters, and do not have any medical conditions that would make surfing unsafe for you or others.
You must follow the safety instructions provided by our coaches at all times. We reserve the right to exclude anyone from a session if their behavior endangers themselves or the group.
2. Insurance
Travel insurance is mandatory. Your insurance must cover "action sports" or "surfing" and include medical evacuation and repatriation. Morocco Surf Club is not responsible for medical costs, trip cancellations, or lost/stolen property.
3. Equipment
We provide boards and wetsuits as part of our coaching packages. You are responsible for the equipment while it is in your care. Significant damage beyond normal wear-and-tear (e.g., snapped boards or large fin-box repairs) may incur a repair or replacement fee.
4. Liability
Surfing involves inherent risks. While we prioritize safety and group coaching, Morocco Surf Club and its instructors are not liable for personal injury, illness, or death occurring during or as a result of our activities.
5. Program Changes
Surf conditions depend on the ocean. We reserve the right to change the daily schedule, spot selection, or activities based on tides, swell, and weather to ensure the best and safest experience for the group.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Morocco. Any disputes will be handled in the jurisdiction of Agadir, Morocco.
