Booking & Cancellation

1. Reservation & Deposit

To secure your spot, we require a 25% non-refundable deposit. This deposit covers the administration and planning of your stay and allows us to hold your room and coaching slot in our capped weekly group.

Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit is received and we have issued a confirmation email.

2. Final Payment

The remaining 75% of your balance is due 30 days before your arrival. If you book less than 30 days before the start date, the full amount is due at the time of booking.

3. Cancellation by You

If you need to cancel your trip, the following refund windows apply based on the date we receive your written cancellation:

• More than 60 days before: Full refund of any amount paid minus the 25% deposit.
• 30 to 60 days before: 50% refund of the total trip cost.
• Less than 30 days before: No refund possible.

We strongly recommend comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation coverage to protect you against unforeseen changes in your plans.

4. Cancellation by Us

In the rare event that Morocco Surf Club must cancel a surf week due to internal reasons, you will receive a 100% refund of all money paid (including your deposit). We are not responsible for costs associated with flights or other travel arrangements.

5. No-Shows & Early Departure

No refunds are provided for no-shows or if you choose to leave the camp early for any reason.

6. Payment Security

We use secure, established payment methods (Bank Transfer or secure Stripe links). We never store your credit card details on our servers. Your written quote will include specific payment instructions and security details.
