Booking & pricing

Booking, prices, and what is included

How much does a surf camp in Morocco cost?

From €330 / person · 7 nights. Surf Guiding starts from €385 for seven days, and the Private Week is priced on request. Peak weeks and room upgrades change the total. Your written quote lists dates, tier, and every inclusion in one place.

What is included in the Morocco Surf Club camp?

The Surf & Stay package includes 7 nights of accommodation near the ocean, daily breakfast and four traditional dinners, a two-hour surf class every day with a qualified instructor, board and wetsuit, transport to the best spot of the day, and daily video analysis. Surf Guiding swaps lessons for guided sessions; Private Week books the whole coaching team for your group.

How do I book and what is the deposit?

Send us your preferred week and surf level through the booking form, WhatsApp, or email. We reply with availability and a written quote that lists your dates, tier, and every inclusion in euros before any deposit is taken — nothing is hidden in fine print.

What is your refund and change policy?

Refund and change rules depend on your dates and booking channel. We outline the exact policy in writing in your quote, before you pay anything, so there are no surprises later.

Levels & coaching

Surf level, coaching, and group size

Do I need previous surf experience?

No. Complete beginners are welcome and most guests have never stood up before they arrive. We also coach early intermediates who want cleaner technique on Atlantic points and sand breaks.

How many surfers are in each group?

Groups are capped at 5 surfers per coach. The cap is the most important number on this site — it is what makes feedback between sets possible instead of generic shouted tips from the beach.

Who is the lead coach?

Most weeks are led by Jamal, our lead surf coach, who has been coaching from Tamraght since 2014 with ISA qualifications and current lifeguard and CPR certifications. You book knowing who is coaching you.

Is the camp good for beginners and for improvers?

Both. Beginners start on sand-bottom breaks like Panoramas or Banana Point with foam boards; improvers work on line choice, trimming, and turns on mellow walls. The coach adjusts the spot, board, and brief to the level of every guest in the water.

Location & seasons

Where we surf and when to come

Where is the surf camp based?

We are based in Tamraght on Taghazout Bay in Morocco, a short drive south of Agadir. Each day we surf Anza, Tamraght, Taghazout, Banana Point, La Source, Panoramas, or other breaks around Agadir, depending on tide, wind, and swell.

When is the best time to surf in Morocco?

Taghazout Bay produces consistent swell from October through March, with the most powerful sessions in winter. Spring offers softer, friendlier waves that suit many first-timers. Summer is smaller and more variable but still coachable on sand breaks.

Which Taghazout breaks will we surf?

Anchor Point, Killers, La Source, Banana Point, and Panoramas are the names most travelers hear first. Each has a different tide and swell appetite, and the coach chooses the spot each morning based on conditions and your level rather than a fixed timetable.

Logistics & travel

Getting there, gear, and travelling solo

Are board and wetsuit included?

Yes. Boards and wetsuits sized to you are included in every Surf & Stay and Private Week package. Bring swimwear, sunscreen, a towel, and light layers for wind — we provide everything else for the surf sessions.

Which airport should I fly into?

Agadir (AGA) is the closest airport, about 40 minutes from Tamraght. Agadir airport meet-and-greet is an optional add-on we quote in euros — send us your flight numbers and we coordinate the transfer.

Can I come on my own as a solo traveller?

Yes. Most guests arrive solo. The capped group of five makes it easy to meet people, we keep logistics simple, and we coordinate airport pickups when included in your package.
